I am dedicated to helping all people empower themselves to heal and celebrate their identities, relationships, orientations and bodies. I am committed to creating a supportive, safe space for every client to heal. Not seeing myself as the expert and recognizing my own privileges, I work collaboratively with you to address barriers to your mental health. Being mindful that every client is unique, I use a variety of tools and approaches to therapy because I recognize that healing cannot have a one-size-fits-all approach. Some of those approaches can include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative based therapy.
