Geri-Lynn Cesar, LMFT#131982

I provide trauma-informed, LGBT+ affirming therapy for adults, with a special focus on creatives and those navigating burnout, identity shifts, self-esteem, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in an intersectional, feminist lens with a focus on helping people strengthen boundaries, communicate more clearly, and reconnect with themselves in more honest and sustainable ways. When appropriate, I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into the work.

I’ve spent the last decade working in community mental health and currently serve as an Adjunct Faculty member at Antioch University Los Angeles. In addition to my therapy practice, I provide trainings and consultation for organizations.
